Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We process and ship orders from our Texas location within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends and US federal holidays.

For US orders over $75, we offer free shipping. For Canada orders over $125, we also offer free shipping.

Domestic shipping is via USPS and we offer two options:
- Ground advantage shipping takes 3-5 business days and costs $5
- Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days and costs $11

In the event that your package is lost in transit, we recommend that you contact USPS for assistance as they are able to track packages. Please note that we are not liable for lost or incorrectly addressed packages. Once proof of delivery is produced, we cannot be held liable for any issues that arise with your shipment.
