Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for store credit.  Please ensure that the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any charges associated with the return process. At this time we do not offer exchanges.

Please note that our return policy excludes sale items and earrings, which are considered final sale. All international orders are also final sale.

To initiate a return, please email us at Admin@osestreasures.com with your full name, order number, the reason for the return, and a clear picture or video of the item. Once we approve your return, we'll provide you with the address to send the item back to us. We will issue store credit in the form of a gift card code to your email address that you checked out with. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used to purchase anything on our site.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can also email us directly at Admin@osestreasures.com. We will decide if we want the item returned to us, or discarded. If returned to us, upon receipt of the item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will send a store credit of the value of the item at purchase.

PACKAGE LOST OR INACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Ose's Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.  

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly. Ose's Treasures shall in no way be required to issue a refund.

Upon inquiry, Ose's Treasures will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
