PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a modern coating process that bonds a thin layer of gold to stainless steel, making it extra durable, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting.

Yes! Every piece purchased directly from Ose’s Treasures includes a 6-month limited warranty for our U.S. customers.
It covers craftsmanship or manufacturing issues like faulty clasps, closures, or loose gemstones — not regular wear and tear.
To file a claim, email support@osestreasures.com with “Warranty Request” in the subject line and include your name, order number, photos, and a brief description.
We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Unfortunately, we can’t replace items damaged by user error or misuse.
