What materials are your jewelries made from? 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and brass. All our jewelries are labeled with the materials used on the product page. Please be sure to review the description before purchase. 

What is Gold Vermeil? Our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k pure gold on sterling silver, which means it will stay longer than normal gold plating. At a fraction of the cost, you may have the look and feel of gold jewelry. It can be classified as semi fine jewelry.

How do I maintain my jewelry? To best maintain your jewelry and preserve the lifespan of your jewelries, keep away from water, oils and perfumes. Wipe it clean after each use with a cotton cloth or microfiber cloth and keep in a dry area. You can find out more by clicking here!

Can I use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be use per purchase. 



Where do you ship too? We ship only to USA and Canada. As we grow we will expand our markets areas.

Where do you ship from? We prepare and ship all orders from North Carolina, USA.

Do you cover Duties and Taxes for international Shipping? We do not cover duty and tax fees.

How long will it take to get my order? It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days. Shipping in the US is 3-5 business days unless its express shipping or overnight. Outside of the US will take longer. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use? We use USPS and UPS.

Can I return my purchase? Please read the Refund/Return policy.  

My jewelry arrived damaged, what should I do? In the event that your item is damaged in transit please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also email us at Support@osestreasures.com to let us know your product or package was damaged by the carrier. We are happy to cooperate with the shipping carriers investigation and provide any information they may need from us in order to resolve your claim.

Incorrect Order or Shipping information on my order? We can only make changes if your order has not been processed, please be sure to send us a message to support@osestreasures.com as soon as possible. If your order is not processed we will change the shipping address. Ose's Treasures will not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided at time the order was placed.

I damaged my jewelry by user error, can you replace? No, we won't replace jewelries that were damaged by user error. 

What if I change my mind after purchasing, it doesn't fit or purchased the wrong item by mistake?   We are unable to offer returns or exchanges in the event you change your mind or purchase the wrong item. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please review all materials, sizing, and other pertinent information prior to purchasing.
