What materials are your jewelries made from? 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and brass. All our jewelries are labeled with the materials used on the product page. Please be sure to review the description before purchase. 

What is Gold Vermeil? Our vermeil is a thick layer of 18k pure gold on sterling silver, which means it will stay longer than normal gold plating. At a fraction of the cost, you may have the look and feel of gold jewelry. It can be classified as semi fine jewelry.

What is PVD coating? Discover the beauty of PVD-coated jewelry, where modern tech meets elegance. Using an advanced vacuum process, a thin layer of gold is expertly bonded to stainless steel, creating a finish that’s both stunning and incredibly durable. Unlike typical gold plating, PVD coating offers exceptional resistance to scratches, wear, and tarnishing.

How do I maintain my jewelry? To best maintain your jewelry and preserve the lifespan of your jewelries, keep away from water, oils and perfumes. Wipe it clean after each use with a cotton cloth or microfiber cloth and keep in a dry area. You can find out more by clicking here!

Can I use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be use per purchase. 

Do you have a warranty? We offer a 6-month limited warranty on every piece purchased directly from us for our U.S. customers. This covers any issues with craftsmanship or manufacturing that may come up with regular use, starting from the purchase date. 

Here’s how it works: the warranty covers things like faulty clasps, closures, chains, and any loose or missing gemstones due to faulty settings. If your chain breaks in the middle without any outside force applied, we've got you covered. Note that regular wear and tear or any damage from misuse are not included.

To make a warranty claim, simply email us at support@osestreasures.com with “Warranty Request” and your order number in the subject line. In the email, include your name, order number, a brief description of what happened, and clear photos showing both the defect and the full item.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it to confirm if it’s covered. If approved, we’ll replace your piece or provide store credit, at our discretion. Shipping costs for sending in or receiving a replacement are the customer’s responsibility.

Keep in mind: the warranty becomes void if anyone unauthorized attempts to repair or alter the piece, or if there’s any misuse or neglect. Also, please retain the original proof of purchase from Ose’s Treasures in its original form to keep the warranty valid.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship too? We ship only to USA. As we grow, we will expand our markets areas.

Where do you ship from? We prepare and ship all orders from North Carolina, USA.

Do you cover Duties and Taxes for international Shipping? We do not cover duty and tax fees.

Do you offer free shipping? Get free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75! Your package will arrive in just 3-5 business days. For orders under $75, don’t worry—affordable shipping rates are applied at checkout.

What shipping carriers do you use? We use USPS and UPS.

ORDERS

How long will it take to get my order?  Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Once packaged, your order is handed to the carrier. If your order is placed after noon EST, it will be treated as if it came in the next business day.

Note that we only process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During holidays, our processing time may be longer due to high volume of orders.

Every order shipped will have a tracking number that will be provided to you once the carrier receives your order.

How will my jewelry arrive? Every Ose’s purchase will arrive in an eco-friendly box. In that box our pieces are placed in our microfiber pouches or white jewelry boxes.

All boxes and pouches are designed to be reused for travel and storage of our pieces.

RETURNS

Can I return my purchase? Please read the Refund/Return policy.  

My jewelry arrived damaged, what should I do?  In the event that your item is damaged in transit please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also email us at Support@osestreasures.com to let us know your product or package was damaged by the carrier. We are happy to cooperate with the shipping carriers investigation and provide any information they may need from us in order to resolve your claim.

Incorrect Order or Shipping information on my order? We can only make changes if your order has not been processed, please be sure to send us a message to support@osestreasures.com as soon as possible. If your order is not processed we will change the shipping address. Ose's Treasures is not be responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses provided at time the order was placed.

I damaged my jewelry by user error, can you replace? No, we won't replace jewelries that were damaged by user error. 

What if I change my mind after purchasing, it doesn't fit or purchased the wrong item by mistake?   We are unable to offer returns or exchanges in the event you change your mind or purchase the wrong item. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please review all materials, sizing, and other pertinent information prior to purchasing.
